Fairview Peony Farm is home to 19 carefully cultivated peony varieties, grown in the fertile soil of Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. Each year, our field transforms into a vibrant display of seasonal peonies, blooming in stages from late October to early December.

From soft blush and creamy whites to rich corals and deep pinks, our field-grown peonies showcase a wide range of colours and forms. Every week of the season reveals something new, with each variety selected for its beauty, structure, and vase performance.
